• Safe and Durable: our sublimation tumbler is made of 304 stainless steel, .more durable than other ordinary plastic; and we add silicone base to keep it from sliding on slippery surfaces and reduce the noise.

• Turn around times on orders are generally 3-6 business days, but are subject to change depending on availability of material and order capacity. 
• If you plan on placing an order of 10 or more items PLEASE reach out to us at megan@forcraftssake.biz to make sure it can be done within the timeframe needed. If you do not reach out to us first, you risk your order being longer turn around time. 
• You have 14 calendar days to pick up your order once completed before we reserve the right to resell. You will receive no refund as your product was made and you were notified. We will notify you multiple times. 
• All customs are made to order and in the order they are received!
• Unless otherwise stated, customization is not available on most tumblers. But many are available for it. 
• Rush processing is available for an extra charge. 
• If you have any issues with an order you've received, you must inform the company within 3 business days of shipment delivery. We will do our absolute best to resolve any issues you may have in a timely manner. *Damaged means noticible damage such as a dent that would prevent a smooth surface. A ding or scratch does not qualify for any kind of refund.
• You are responsible for the product once it's in your care. We are not responsible for any damage that may result from misuse or improper care.
• We will not use any product that's not from our stock without prior authorization. (i.e. providing your own cups) We do this to guarantee the best quality product is always walking out of our door and delivered to you! If we do make an exception and use product provided by you, you will be required to sign a release of liability waiver in regards to the items you are providing us.
• All sales are final

In the instance that a refund is provided  it will take up to 14 business days to process.

All refunds are at the owners discretion.

Shipping

Once an item leaves my possession I am not responsible for what happens to it in transit. With that being said, I am more than happy to file a claim on your behalf. I will provide tracking information.
